Shipping policy
Orders ship within 7–14 business days after your fundraiser ends and are sent directly to supporters. All fundraiser sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right. See more details of our shipping policy below:
- All orders are processed after the fundraiser closes.
- Orders ship within 7–14 business days after the campaign end date.
- Orders ship directly to supporters (no inventory handling by teams).
- Standard ground shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- Tracking information is emailed to the supporter once the order ships.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout and paid by the supporter.
- Fundraising proceeds are calculated exclusive of shipping and taxes.
- Supporters are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
- Address changes are not guaranteed once the fundraiser closes.
- Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may incur a reshipment fee.
