Refund policy
All Fundraiser Sales Are Final
- Because products are produced and shipped specifically for each fundraiser, returns and refunds are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, sizing preferences, or taste preferences.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, supporters must contact customer support within 5–7 days of delivery.
- Proof of damage (photo) may be required.
- Eligible issues will receive a replacement or refund, at your discretion.
Undeliverable Packages
- Packages returned due to incorrect addresses are not automatically refunded.
- Reshipping may be offered for an additional shipping fee.
